Peace in Our Time

is a project where an oboe quartet and three composers asked themselves “what does peace sound like?”

Gothenburg Oboe Quartet commissioned three new pieces from Erik V. Sköld, Veronika Voetmann and myself under the above-mentioned theme. The project was premiered in the Fall of 2023 and has since then had several performances throughout the Nordic countries. During the Summer 2024, it was recorded and spring 2025 the project was released by Naxos.
